This is important especially in the case of cavalry and monsters. Speed - the faster the unit, the more effective it is while maneuvering, and the easier it is to avoid getting into contact with the enemy. Leadership - represents the unit's morale if it drops to zero during the battle, the unit will start to flee. Armor - determines the unit's resistance to damage dealt to it.
